The specific purpose for which this corporation has been founded and organized is to provide free-to-low-cost health and healthcare advocacy for children and their families.

With the aid and assistance of qualified staff, “in-house attorneys,” as well as attorneys associated and/or affiliated with the Corporation, providing assistance with the handling of State Disability Claims and Appeals, Short/Long Term Disability Claims and Appeals, Social Security Claims and Appeals, Health Insurance Claims and Appeals, MediCal and MediCare Claims and Appeals, preparation of Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care, preparation of Asset Management Durable Powers of attorney for Estate and Planning Purposes, and Estate Planning.

First and foremost, endeavoring to be self-sufficient at all times by relying on a variety of methods (such as but not solely limited to an “on-line consignment/resale shoppe”) to help raise valuable financial resources of which will be used to help further our own efforts as well as least 80% of the net proceeds being donated to/distributed to children’s hospitals, such as but not solely limited to, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospitals(s), Children’s Miracle Network, as well as Children’s Hospitals throughout the United States;  all in the battle for a cure for cancer and AIDS in children -- pursuant to the Founder’s (Incorporator’s) wishes and life-long gaol.
